Discovering the FS Clipboard for Jaws By MoeLucie"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>By MoeLucie<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/moelucie\">@moelucie<\/a><br \/>\nWelcome!<br \/>\nI am always looking for an easier way to ninja through keyboard commands There are often many ways to do the same thing but, sometimes there is a quicker way and easier to remember. Have you ever found yourself pressing control c, control v, alt tab, control x, alt tab, control v\u2026? It is like you are doing some type of keyboard Olympics! <!--more--><br \/>\nNot to mention the frustration of alt tabbing back and losing your original space!  For Jaws users there is a simpler way! The FS Clipboard allows you to copy and\/or cut many items all at one time to one clipboard.<br \/>\nLet the Ninjaing Begin!<br \/>\nCharley You\u2019re Up to Bat First!<br \/>\nFirst select text and press control c (charley).<br \/>\nJaws will speak \u201ccopied text to clipboard\u201d.<br \/>\nOnce you have selected another portion of text that you would like to copy to the clipboard press insert + Window\u2019s key + c (charley).<br \/>\nJaws will announce \u201cupend selection to clipboard\u201d.<br \/>\n**Note this keystroke has been changed from Window\u2019s key + c (charley) to insert + Window\u2019s key + c (charley). It was updated so there was not interference with Window\u2019s keystrokes in Window\u2019s 8.<br \/>\nOh Wait What Did I Do?<br \/>\nTo view the contents of your FS clipboard press the layer keystroke<br \/>\nInsert + spacebar.<br \/>\nYou will hear a little ping noise once this is done.<br \/>\nOnce you hear the noise press the letter c (charley) to view the FS clipboard contents.<br \/>\nOnce you are done viewing the FS Clipboard press escape to close the clipboard.<br \/>\nOkay Charley You Are   Done, Victor It is Your Turn!<br \/>\nOnce you have copied all the text you desire then navigate to the area in which you would like to paste the text.<br \/>\nOnce you are there press control v (Victor) to paste the text.<br \/>\nCharley Your Back!<br \/>\nIf you want to start over, select text and press control + c (charley)<br \/>\nA dialog box will appear asking you to overwrite the contents:<br \/>\nPress \u201cyes\u201d to do so or, \u201cno\u201d to keep the current contents in the FS clipboard.<\/p>\n<p>What Makes This Awesome?<br \/>\nIt allows you to stay in one area and continually copy text without having to continue to leave the screen to copy and paste.<br \/>\nIt gives your alt and tab keys some needed rest<br \/>\nYou are also able to copy lists out of order<br \/>\nIt makes copy and pasting quicker<br \/>\nIf you are a college student and are reading your textbook and want to quickly copy definitions or important points to a clipboard without having to stop navigating through your text page the FS Clipboard would be handy!<br \/>\n[gravityform id=&#8221;2&#8243; title=&#8221;true&#8221; description=&#8221;false&#8221;]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>By MoeLucie @moelucie Welcome!
