And, setting up weekday and Weekend settings for the times of your choosing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Basic Settings:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Open \u201cSettings\u201d with Siri or a Single finger double tap on the Settings icon.<\/li><li>Single finger swipe right down to \u201cFocus\u201d and Single finger double tap to open.<\/li><li>Swipe to the right down to \u201cSleep\u201d and Single finger double tap.<\/li><li>Toggle on or off with a single finger double tap.<\/li><li>Swipe right down through the&nbsp;&nbsp;\u201cBedtime\u201d and Wake Time settings and tap on \u201cEdit\u201d.<\/li><li>Select your Bedtime and Wake time.<\/li><li>Tap on \u201cDone\u201d.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong>&nbsp;You can ask Siri to turn on or off Sleep Focus at any time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Allowed Notifications Heading<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>People None allowed., single finger double tap to add groups or individuals from your contact list.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Apps none allowed., Single finger double tap to add from your app list.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can toggle back and forth from people or apps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Swipe to the right<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Remove all people\/apps or add people from contacts or from your apps list.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can allow people from your favorites or time sensitive notifications immediately when sleep focus is turned on.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Apple has really put a lot of options in the Focus settings and the Sleep Mode is just one example of the personalization that you can cu for your needs.
