In November of 2021, Pete Lane described the iOS Control Center, and in that review, touched on the iOS screen recording feature. This time, Pete has circled back to cover &nbsp;this feature, but in far greater detail.<br><br>In this episode:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Pete takes a thorough approach toward discussing the entire process of iOS screen recording, beginning with an explanation of what screen recording is, and why we might want to use the iOS screen recording feature.<\/li><li>Takes us through the details of where and how to select the screen recording element from our iOS Settings app and add it to the Control Center on our iOS device.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Discusses how sensitive our built-in iOS microphones are, and actually demonstrates this by using the built-in mic in an interesting segment of this demonstration, pointing out specific factors which might improve or damage the clarity and quality of your screen recording. These include such issues as your microphone technique, external and ambient sounds and your room conditions.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Takes us to the iOS Control Center and walks through the screen recording controls, showing us how to activate the microphone, and &nbsp;pointing out a few Apps from which we may be able to capture audio and\/or video recordings using the iOS Screen Recording feature.<br><strong>Note:<\/strong>&nbsp;Pete explains that privacy concerns may not allow you to record audio from a Facebook Messenger video call, and explains that after a few attempts, he was unsuccessful in completing a screen recording of a Zoom conference.
